Returns

A return can be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The process of returning goods for residents of Almaty, Astana, and Shymkent:

Fill out the return application at the Adili store in your city;
Provide your identification and check.

The process of returning goods for residents of other cities:

Fill out the return application (the application in electronic form can be obtained by contacting us at adili.kazakhstan@gmail.com);
Send the product, return application, receipt, goods invoice, and a copy of your identification by mail;
The refund will be made to your bank card.

A product can only be returned if it has not been used, has maintained its original appearance (original packaging, labels), and if there are documents confirming the purchase (receipt, invoice).
