Courier delivery is carried out in all cities of Kazakhstan, as well as near and far abroad.
DELIVERY TERMS
IN-STORE PICKUP
In-store pickup option is available. Pickup can be made at the following addresses:
- Almaty, "MEGA Alma-Ata" Shopping Center, Rozybakiev Street, 247a, 1st floor;
- Almaty, "Alma-Ata" Shopping Center, Nazarbayev Street, 223, 1st floor;
- Almaty, "FORUM" Shopping Center, Seyfullin Avenue, 617, 2nd floor;
- Astana, "MEGA Silk Way" Shopping Center, Kabanbay Batyr Street, 62, 2nd floor;
- Astana, "Abu-Dhabi Plaza" Shopping Center, Syganak Street, 60/5, 1st floor;
- Shymkent, "Shymkent City Mall" Shopping Center, Baidibek Bi Avenue, 362/7, 1st floor;
“In-store pickup” is a scheme for organizing the process of customers receiving their orders, in which they travel to the store’s pickup point, pay for, and collect the goods themselves.
"KAZPOST"
Delivery through JSC ‘Kazpost’ is a process of delivering parcels to the post office in the location of your choice when placing an order. Delivery is free across Kazakhstan for orders over 15,000 KZT (33,11$). Delivery time varies from 2 to 10 business days. International delivery is a paid service regardless of the purchase amount. Delivery to CIS countries takes from 5 to 10 business days, to other countries from 10 days and more.
EXPRESS
Express delivery in the cities of Almaty, Astana, and Shymkent is carried out to the specified address on the same day, within the time interval from 11:00 to 17:00. The delivery process takes place within 4 hours from the moment the order is confirmed. The delivery is carried out by our partner company, LLC ‘Yandex.Delivery’, daily from 11 AM to 9 PM.
- In the area of Saina, Al-Farabi, Eastern Ring Road, Rayimbek streets in the city of Almaty, the delivery cost is 2000 KZT. For orders over 15,000 KZT, delivery is free. Delivery to an address outside of this territory is 3000 KZT.
- In the city of Astana, in the area of the Bypass highway, the delivery cost is 2000 KZT. For orders over 15,000 KZT, delivery is free.
*The above-mentioned delivery conditions do not apply to the product - ‘Korpe’
STANDARD
Delivery is carried out in the city of Almaty by a personal courier of the ADILI company on a “door-to-door” basis within 2 working days. If the order amount exceeds 15,000 KZT, the delivery is free of charge.
CLOTHING DELIVERY TERMS WITH FITTING
- The customer can use the fitting service and partial purchase of the product(s) upon delivery of the order by courier. No charge is made for the fitting service. The time for fitting when delivered by a personal courier of the ADILI company, as well as by a CDEK courier, is no more than 15 minutes.
- The maximum number of items for delivery with fitting should not exceed 4 pieces per order.
- Delivery within the city of Almaty is carried out within 1-2 working days.
- Payment upon receipt of the order is possible - in cash or by remote payment (Kaspi Pay, Pay Box).
*In case of a complete refusal of the ordered products at the time of delivery, the buyer pays for the delivery cost.
*In case of a partial refusal of the ordered products, the buyer pays for the delivery cost of 1,220 KZT.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TERMS
If you are located outside of Kazakhstan, please specify the country to which the product needs to be delivered, and we will calculate the delivery cost for you.
