We provide delivery throughout the territory of Kazakhstan, as well as to CIS countries and other international destinations.

Please note: when placing an order for promotional or discounted items, the delivery cost is paid by the customer according to the rates of the selected courier service, regardless of the order amount.

Store Pickup

You can collect your order free of charge from one of the official ADILI stores. Store pickup availability is displayed on the product page.

Delivery via Kazpost JSC

Delivery is made to the Kazpost JSC branch in your locality.

Within Kazakhstan

* Free for orders over 100,000 KZT.
* For orders below this amount, the delivery cost is calculated according to Kazpost JSC rates.
* Delivery time: 2–10 business days.

International Delivery

* Available for a fee regardless of the order amount.
* To CIS countries: 5–10 business days.
* To other countries: from 10 business days (depending on the destination country and the operation of postal services).

Express Delivery

Express delivery is available in Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, and Atyrau.

* Free for orders over 100,000 KZT.
* For orders below this amount, the delivery cost is calculated according to the partner delivery service rates.
* Delivery is carried out on the day the order is confirmed.
* Delivery time: within 4 hours after order confirmation.
* Orders are accepted and delivered daily from 11:00 AM to 21:00 PM.
* The service is provided by our partner, Yandex Delivery.

Important: Express delivery terms do not apply to products in the “Korpe” category.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery within the city of Almaty is carried out by ADILI’s own couriers on a door-to-door basis.

* Delivery time: up to 2 business days.
* Free for orders over 100,000 KZT.
* For orders below this amount, the delivery cost is calculated according to the current rates.

International Delivery

We deliver orders to most countries worldwide.

If you are located outside Kazakhstan, please specify your destination country when placing your order or contact our customer support team. We will calculate the delivery cost and estimated delivery time individually depending on the destination country.

International delivery is a paid service.
